The All-Stars Program provides an opportunity for college students (Graduate and Undergrad) and Cape Cod towns/organizations to work together on housing and climate initiatives throughout the region. Students spend a summer with a host family on the Cape, using MassHCIC facilities and resources to develop their own project at the intersection of affordable housing, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience. At the same time, MassHCIC will pair up students with towns and organizations to make an impact in the region on various climate and housing related projects and initiatives. In 2025 we will target up to eight students working on eight different projects around the Cape.

Looking for someone to work on a housing and climate-related project? We are accepting applications for projects that lie at the intersection of affordable housing, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience. Please note that while the Innovation Center will cover most of the costs for students, participating towns will be expected to cover 1/4th of the costs for each all-star working on their project.
Do you have an interest in the intersection of housing and climate? Do you have a project you’d like to pitch, or a desire to be a part of a cutting-edge project currently in progress? Applications are due February 15, 2025.
